Each project begins with an initial meeting in your home which last about an hour. We will discuss your vision, view any inspiration photos, take pictures and measurements of the space, detail next steps, and answer any questions you may have. We will present an initial estimate usually within 2 to 10 days depending on the size of the project.
This is the most important step in any project and where your vision begins to come to life. Not all projects will require all of these design services, but most remodels and additions will to some extent. This phase can take as little as one week or up to two months depending on the project size and scope.
After completing design and planning, both parties will sign a Construction Agreement and we will begin to pull any applicable permits and HOA approvals, order materials, schedule contractors, and set a project start date. With most projects you can plan for a 50% deposit, but this may vary depending on the scope of your project.
During construction you can expect us to keep you informed and engaged with regular updates. We will maintain our attention to detail throughout to ensure we deliver a quality product as efficiently as possible. Once construction finishes, we will walk every detail together and both sign off that the job is successfully complete.
